Beijing Boyu Semiconductor Vessel Craftwork Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, located in Beijing Tongzhou Economic Development Zone, which is the ﬁrst large-scale PBN manufacturing enterprise in China, with more than 310 employees. Our founder Dr. He Junfang is from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, our company relies on the technology and talents of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is based on the independent research and development of advanced chemical vapor deposition (CVD) equipment and materials. We focus on the design, development, production and sales of CVD products such as ultra-high purity, high thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, dense pyrolytic boron nitride (PBN) and pyrolytic graphite (PG). The products are mainly used in the Ⅱ-Ⅲ generation semiconductor, 5G communication, OLED display, AR, VR, aerospace and other ﬁelds.

Boyu's total investment is USD 35 million, besides Beijing headquarters and R&D center， it has built two production bases in Tianjin and Chaoyang, total area is more than 50,000㎡, and has agents in Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan which is the world's leading PBN supplier.

In addition to PBN and PG, Boyu's own development of refractory metal parts for OLED, MBE application, single crystal furnace, ceramic heater, electrostatic-chunk, etc., also could provide a complete set of solutions for customers.
