OLED Production

The full name of OLED is Organic Light Emitting Diode, the principle is to sandwich the organic light-emitting layer between the two electrodes, when the positive and negative electrons meet in this organic material will emit light, its component structure is simpler than the current popular TFT LCD, and the production cost is only about three to four percent of TFT LCD. In addition to cheap production costs, OLED also has many advantages, such as its own light-emitting characteristics, the current LCD needs a backlight module (add a lamp behind the LCD), but OLED will emit light after it is powered on, which can save the weight volume and power consumption of the lamp (the lamp power consumption accounts for almost half of the entire LCD screen), not only so that the thickness of the product is only about two centimeters, the operating voltage is lower to 2 to 10 volts, plus the reaction time of OLED (less than 10ms) and color are more than TFT The LCD is excellent and bendable, making it extremely versatile for a wide range of applications.
